How to order

To place an order on our webstore, please follow the tips below.

1. On the page of the product you would like to purchase, select your size/s which will then show the price. Click the “Add to Basket” button. After clicking this button, a pop up will appear with the option “Go to Basket” or you can view it by clicking on ‘Basket’ in top right hand corner of the screen.

2. On the basket page, you will need to add your Business Name and Customer Salesforce Number. *Please note: If the information you provide is incorrect, your order will be rejected.* You can also add notes to your order if you have any specific instructions. Click “Proceed to Checkout”

3. On the checkout page, your delivery charge will be calculated. Your order is shipped to the billing address as default but you do have the option to change your delivery address by un-ticking the box which will show a section to add a new address. once complete click ‘Continue’.  *Please ensure all details are correct before you continue as this will immediately process your order*

4. You should now see the order confirmation page and your order reference number. This will also be emailed to you. At the bottom of this page you can upload your logo. Click the green ‘add files’ button (or drag and drop), choose your file then click the red ‘Upload file’ button. That’s it! We will keep you informed as to when you can expect your order to arrive. 

5. You can view all of your orders and their status in your ‘My Account’ section accessed at the top of the page.

Artwork Studio Charges

If we need to create artwork or make major changes to existing artwork then there is a one-off charge of £25.00. We will contact you to inform you of the charge before we proceed.

Included Free of Charge – £0.00

Amending editable artwork including:

  • changing colour
  • amending layout
  • re-sizing

Standard Studio Charge – £25.00

Text Logo Creation

Logo redraw (where logo quality is too poor to use)
